Wahoo! I haven't done a tutorial in years, and this was not requested in the least, but I was actually looking for a tutorial myself and couldn't find one! So I decided to wing it, and came up with this method that seems pretty darn realistic to me.
Please note that this tutorial uses Photoshop CS6. Other versions and programs may be different!

For the color-to-white, I included several tutorials because sometimes one method just doesn't work right with some stock, and that's okay!
